Founder of High Rise Ledger
Simone Reed
Simone Reed is the founder of High Rise Ledger, a bookkeeping and tax preparation firm supporting business owners. While operating a therapy practice for a decade, she became increasingly intrigued by the foundational business practices required to succeed financially. She understood firsthand that most business professionals are experts in their field, not so much their finances.
While her therapy practice was successful and pofitable, she carried a constant feeling of dread regarding finances. Each tax season felt chaotic and produced an intuitive feeling that she had grossly overpaid on her taxes due to her lack of financial structure and understanding. This is what lit the flame that started High Rise Ledger.
Since 2016 she has formally educated herself in bookkeeping, taxes, and finance with the end goal to launch High Rise Ledger in mind.
