While operating a therapy practice for a decade, she became increasingly intrigued by the foundational business aspects required to succeed financially. She understood firsthand that most business professionals are experts in their field, not so much their finances.
After filing taxes with general commercial tax preparers, she'd leave with a pit in her stomach knowing they did not ask the right questions. With an intuitive feeling that she grossly overpaid on her taxes. This is what lit the flame that started High Rise Ledger.
For years she has formally educated herself in taxes and finances to prepare for the launch of High Rise Ledger.
